Before moving on to Pistol Level 2 and the rest of the ladder, this session confirms — across dry fire, simulator, and live fire — that the core mechanics are locked in. It is specific to the civilian track and is not required for security officer or law enforcement students.

You know your way around a firearm. This is where you get good with it.

For shooters who already understand the basics and are ready to build real efficiency. This is where the pistol comes out of the holster for the first time in a controlled, coached environment — and where the shot timer gets introduced.

Where “I can shoot” turns into “I can defend.”

Level 3 converts range skill into defensive capability. You start moving, using cover, working from awkward positions, and solving shooting problems under moderate stress — all from concealment.

Anyone can hit a stationary target on a calm afternoon. Level 4 finds out what happens when the clock is running, the light is gone, and adrenaline shows up uninvited.
